Food Allergies

Food allergies and intolerances present in many different ways, eczema, hives, gastrointestinal upset (diarrhoea, pain, vomiting), asthma, rashes, swelling, headaches, brain fog, anaphylaxis, and even influence behavioural changes.

It can be a challenge feeding yourself or child when facing food allergies, with concerns about nutrient intakes being met and how to avoid potential contamination. As a nutritionist I can help you reduce symptoms and meet your nutritional needs whilst avoiding highly processed ‘allergy free’ products that are devoid of nutrients.

 

As a mother of a child who was born with multiple food allergies, I can share my extensive knowledge of cooking without many of the ingredients we are familiar with and how to make it simple and healthy for the whole family.
